Terms and Conditions
Last updated July 15, 2026
Please read these terms carefully before creating an account. By registering for HingAPI, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't create an account or use the service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the developer of HingAPI("we", "us", or "the developer"). Creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using HingAPI, means you accept these Terms in full.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and you must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country of residence.
3. Data privacy
We promise that your data, and the data of any end users you create through your projects, will never be sold, shared with, or processed by any third party, and will never be used for any purpose outside of operating HingAPI itself.
The only exception is aggregate, non-identifying analytics, things like a total count of users or overall usage volume, which we may look at solely to monitor the status and health of the system. This kind of analytics is never used to profile individual users, build advertising data, or for any commercial purpose.
4. Data deletion
You can request deletion at any time from your account settings. Once deletion is confirmed, we do not retain a copy of your account or project data for any purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use HingAPI to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe anyone else's rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Store, transmit, or generate malware, spam, or other harmful or unsolicited content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, project, or data
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, or attempt to bypass its rate limits or security controls, except as part of authorized, good-faith security research disclosed to us
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, or the servers and networks it depends on
- Resell or sublicense access to the service without our prior written permission
We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is violating these Terms, with or without notice.
6. Service availability and performance
HingAPIis provided on an "as available" basis. Response times and overall performance may vary depending on the number of users active on the system at any given time, and we don't guarantee any specific speed, uptime, or availability. We may perform maintenance, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Free service, no warranty, and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible attack.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service, including losses resulting from a security breach, unauthorized access, or attack against the system. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Your content and data
You keep ownership of the data, schemas, and content you create using HingAPI. You're solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you store, and for keeping backups of anything important to you. We don't claim any ownership over your project data, but you grant us the minimum access needed to host, store, and serve it back to you as part of operating the service.
9. Intellectual property
The HingAPIname, logo, interface, and underlying software are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding, trademarks, or source code outside of normal use of the hosted service.
10. Termination
You may stop using HingAPI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections covering data privacy, liability, and intellectual property survive termination of your account.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as the service evolves. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use HingAPI after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, to the extent permitted by local law.
